The Tides South Beach underwent a $5 million renovation, taking the hotel from its original 135 rooms down to 45. They had a unique idea, fewer rooms but each with a full and amazing view of the ocean. You will not find this anywhere else. Located on exclusive Ocean Drive, a celebrity hotspot, The Tides South Beach is decorated with style and elegance. Whether you are looking for a romantic getaway or a corporate meeting, you will find The Tides South Beach an impeccable destination.
This Art Deco landmark, built in 1936 by famed Miami architect Lawrence Murray Dixon, was exquisitely refreshed by Kelly Wearstler, offering a collection of 45 spacious and elegant suites. Features such as oversized washrooms and yet another unique idea, telescopes offering extended views of the Atlantic Ocean and beach are just some of the amenities that make The Tides stand out from the rest. The Tides South Beach is located directly across the street from the beach, but that isn't the reason you will want to stay there. Once you step inside The Tides South Beach you may never want to leave.

- 1 night room and tax will be charged by the hotel if notified of cancellation after 3 pm EST 72 hours prior to arrival
- Requirements above may vary for holidays / special events
- Valet parking $39 per night plus taxes with in and out privileges

- Check in 4 pm - Check out 12 pm
- Extra adults $100 per night each (the extra adult fee in the Tides Suite only applies for the 5th adult)
- Children 17 and under stay free when accompanied by an adult in the same room
- Rates do not include 13% tax

- Cots available for $50 per night - all suites can accommodate one cot on request and based on availability with the exception of suites with 2 Queen beds (not permitted)
