I am so pleased to have received your follow up email - your advice, booking and service is impeccable. I would have no hesitation using you again or referring you to friends and family.

The hotel was fantastic value - the suite was perfect. There was a large bedroom, large bathroom, sitting area (separate room) and a fully equipped kitchen and full size fridge/freezer.

You had requested that we get a high floor with a large size balcony - that is exactly what we got. 10th floor with a wrapped balcony facing both out to the ocean and looking over the downtown.

The staff were very friendly, in particular the valet parking attendants who showed great interest in our vacation and offering advice to experience the Miami area.

The location is just out off the Art Deco area, which was great because within a few blocks you could walk into it but were far enough away from it not to hear the noise (particularly late evening).

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Hilton Bentley; the room was outstanding very clean and with a great ocean view. I want to share...I had the time of my life in the beautiful and luxurious Gansevoort. The Staff was unbelievably cordial, security was on queue, my room was always clean and times I had to leave, I would come back and my bed would be neatly in place. To top everything off, I was able to use a computer to go online to check in to get my boarding pass along being able to print...Spectacular....Please place me on your list of 5 STAR hotels lifetime guests...I was truly happy with everything.
