- Deposit of first night room and tax required upon booking
- You will forfeit the deposit amount if notified of cancellation after 4 pm EST 14 days or less prior to arrival - $50 fee charged for all cancellations, reductions in length of stay or changes to a lower category room type
- Requirements above may vary for holidays / special events
- Valet parking $27 per night plus taxes with in and out privileges
- Non smoking rooms on request

- Extra adults $15 per night each
