Gansevoort South showcases three oceanfront pools including an exclusive, adult-only 110-foot rooftop pool on a 26,000 square foot palm-tree fringed Brazilian Ipe deck, an expansive infinity-edge pool on the main plaza level, and a family friendly south pool perfect for swimming, lounging and family enjoyment. The outdoor areas are adorned with Gandia Blasco furniture, cabanas, and tee-pees which provide a perfectly unique setting. Cabanas at Plunge, the rooftop bar and lounge, are adorned with 26 inch TVs and PlayStation game consoles. The Gansevoort Beach Club is Miami's largest private beach club created by Nikki Beach designer Stephane Dupoux. By day it is an expansive beachfront lounge dotted with oversized beds, cabanas, palm trees, fire pits and water features. By night, it transforms to become a premier VIP lounge and playground. Inside the lobby, past a variety of high-end boutiques, is a 50-foot, 40,000 gallon shark tank, that dramatically divides the hotel lobby and the exclusive VIP lounge, Louis.

Gansevoort South boasts 334 guestrooms averaging over 730 square feet. Sporting spectacular views of the ocean, bay, and shining city skyline, the guestrooms offer state-of-the-art technology, oversized bathrooms with separate shower and bath, and a blend of modern and dramatic design with suede walls punctuated by splashes of magenta and yellow, custom designed tables, sofas, lounge chairs and oversized mirrors in a range of materials from wood to leather.
