The top floor of the hotel is the master bedroom with breathtaking ocean views, jacuzzi tub, sitting area, plasma TV, telescope and a King size bed positioned underneath a sky light window. The lower floor contains a spacious living room, dining room and office boasting a plush seating area with sofa, 32 inch plasma TV and bar. 775 sq ft.

There are 2 more bedrooms and bathrooms on the entry floor. 2 bedrooms will be 1,005 sq ft. 3 bedroom will be 1,450 sq ft.
